Saffron Kheer

    Soak the Saffron in 20 ml of warm water or milk, stir it well and leave for 6-7 hours (In urgent need, grind and use it)

    Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan

    Simmer over low flame and let the rice cook for about 2 minutes

    Stir occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick

    When done add sugar, raisins and cardamoms

  • 6

    Stir till the sugar gets dissolved properly

    Transfer into a serving dish and garnish it with Shree Ganesh Saffron

    Serve hot or chilled as you desire

    Uncover the rice and allow the steam to escape for few minutes

    Mix it well and then serve the rice with a metal spoon

  • 5 full cups milk cream
  • 1/4th cup washed rice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 10 -12 raisins
  • 4 green cardamoms
